Checking the Status of Your Order
Please keep your order confirmation number. You will need it in the event you wish to cancel or check the status of your order.

If your order has not already been shipped, we can cancel it. To do so, please contact us immediately at 574-208-2405. If your order has already been shipped we will be unable to cancel it. Once a package has been shipped to the customers shipping address, it becomes the responsibility of the customer if the package is lost or stolen. If this occurs, then contact us by phone or email and we will provide you with the Label ID number to give to the USPS for them to further locate the package. Once an item ships from one of our warehouses it becomes the responsibility of either USPS or UPS to track and locate the package.

How to Return Merchandise

You can reach us direct at #574-208-2405 with any product questions you may have. Representatives are available 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (CST) Monday - Friday. All returns and exchanges will be given a store credit unless a refund is requested. No items can be exchanged or returned after 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be pre-approved by speaking with a customer service representative prior to being returned. If an item is returned without prior approval then only a store credit may be given. All order returns not shown as a store credit will be charged a re-stocking fee of $9.95. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. All discounted items are final sales only and can not be returned. If discounted items are returned they will not be covered under the refund policy.

When returning merchandise - please follow these easy steps:

  • Provide a copy of your email order receipt and any other related correspondence with the item you are returning;
  • Repack item(s) with the original packing materials. All returns can only be refunded if returned with original packing materials. If an item is returned at any time without the original packaging from the manufacturer no refund or credit will be issued. (Returned or exchanged items must show no signs of use or wear. If item or the packaging it came in has been used or worn there will be no refund);
  • Please send your return, securely wrapped, prepaid and insured via United States Postal Service or UPS to:

  • Save the receipt for your records.

All Store Items: May be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase for a store credit or for an item (of the same value) at no additional cost to the customer. Any over-sized or heavy items that are exchanged may be charged a shipping fee for shipping back to the customer. All order returns will be charged a re-stocking fee of $9.95. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. In store credits and exchanges will have the re-stocking fee waived. No items can be exchanged or returned after 30 days. All discounted items are final sales only and can not be returned. If discounted items are returned they will not be covered under the refund policy.

Transaction & Exchange Policy

Credit Card Transactions: We will obtain authorization for the credit card charges when we process your order. Authorization usually occurs within 24 hours after you place your order. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. All special order items are charged when the order is placed to secure the ordering of the item(s). If we are unable to secure authorization, your credit card will not be charged.

Special Offer Codes: We offer special offers through out the year and offer codes for discounts. You can only use one code at a time per order. This code must be entered during checkout and placed in the coupon box. This code amount will then be taken off the order total once it is processed. Codes are for a limited time only and only authorized during the promotional time when they are active. If you do not enter the code at the time of the order and call or email us to let us know, we will offer the same amount discount, equal to the code, and place it in your account with us to be used on a future order that you place.

All Store Items: May be exchanged within 30 days for a store credit or for an item (of the same value) at no additional cost to the customer. If an item is not exchanged, then all returns will be charged a re-stocking fee of $9.95. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Wind and Weather damage or improper use of the item does not qualify as a defective product and is not included under our refund policy.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for your refund to show on your credit card account. All store credits will show on customers individual Novack & Bruce Innovations Online Store account within one week of receiving approved returned item(s). All special order and sale items can not be returned or refunded. All exchanges will be charged a shipping charge to customers credit card from original purchase. Shipping charges to return items are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is based on our error in shipping the incorrect item, then we will reimburse the shipping charges. Please contact us by phone or email, before returning your purchase, to confirm the details of our Transaction & Exchange Policy so that all details can be clearly understood before items are returned.

If an item is returned after our 30 day policy, the item is only eligible for a store credit in the Novack & Bruce Innovations Online Store customer account. If a package is returned as "Undeliverable as Addressed" or "Return to Sender/Refused" a restocking fee will be automatically charged to the customers credit card from the original purchase. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address and is requested to be re-shipped, then additional shipping fees will be charged.

All returns must be shipped by USPS First Class Mail. All exchanges/returns must be received within 30 days from the time you place your order. We do not assume responsibility for any items that may be lost or damaged during shipment.

No items can be exchanged or returned after 30 days.
